Nike Phantom 6 DF Elite Turf TF – Elite Touch with Dynamic Fit

The Nike Phantom 6 DF Elite Turf TF combines the precision-focused design of the Phantom series with a high-cut Dynamic Fit construction and a turf-specific outsole.

Built for technical players who want close ball contact and secure lockdown, the Elite upper uses Tuned Gripknit to create a textured striking surface, while the Dynamic Fit collar extends around the ankle for a connected, sock-like feel.

Tuned Gripknit Touch

The upper features Tuned Gripknit, Nike’s textured performance material designed to provide grip in the areas where players interact most frequently with the ball.

Its microtextured surface supports cleaner contact during passing, first touches and shooting while maintaining its grip in both wet and dry conditions.

Dynamic Fit Collar

The Dynamic Fit collar uses soft, stretchy Flyknit around the ankle to create a secure transition between the foot and lower leg.

Rather than adding rigidity, the knitted construction provides flexible support while maintaining the close sensation associated with Nike’s high-cut Phantom models.

Ghost Lacing System

Nike’s Ghost Lacing system covers the laces after adjustment, creating a cleaner contact area across the upper.

This increases the exposed Gripknit surface and reduces interference from the lacing system when controlling or striking the ball.

Natural Phantom Fit

The Phantom 6 uses a redesigned frame with a more natural toe-box shape.

Nike shortened and slightly raised the forefoot compared with previous Phantom generations, helping the upper follow the foot more closely and reducing unnecessary space between the foot and the ball.

Turf-Specific Traction

The TF outsole uses a dense, low-profile rubber traction configuration designed for short synthetic football surfaces.

This type of outsole spreads pressure more evenly across harder turf while providing grip for quick stops, pivots and changes of direction.
