Exchanges, Refunds, and Warranty

Product with a manufacturing defect?

We offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. After receiving your product, you have 90 days to contact our support team so we can repair or replace the product.

1. Not satisfied with the product or size and want to exchange?

According to consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, with no justification needed.

2. Exchange Process:

✅ Request the Exchange
Contact us through our support channels (WhatsApp or Email).

✅ Shipping the Product to Our Processing Center
After requesting an exchange, you will ship the product to our processing center.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs in cases of size exchange or dissatisfaction. If the error was on our part, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

✅ Product Evaluation and Shipping of Replacement
Once we receive the product, we will assess the defect (for defect-related exchanges) and check if the product has been used (for size exchange or dissatisfaction). After evaluation, a replacement product will be shipped to your address.

3. Refund Process:

✅ Request the Refund

✅ Shipping the Product to Our Processing Center
After requesting a refund, you will ship the product to our processing center.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs in cases of returns due to size issues or dissatisfaction. If the error was on our part, we will cover the shipping cost for the return.

✅ Product Evaluation and Full Refund
Once we receive the product, we will assess its condition. After evaluation, the refund will be processed through:

• Bank transfer for upfront payments.

• Credit card reversal for card payments.

• PayPal refund for PayPal transactions.
